About the opportunity

We currently have an opening for a Part-Time Caseworker to support our growing immigration and public law practice. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working on live cases and supporting clients through complex legal processes.

You will assist solicitors and senior caseworkers with case preparation, drafting documents, managing correspondence, reviewing evidence, and maintaining accurate case files. The role offers flexibility and exposure to a wide range of immigration and related matters.

Typical work includes: visa and leave applications, appeals preparation, document checking, client communications, file management, and general legal support. Prior immigration experience is helpful but not essential.
