What is a UK Partner Visa?

The Partner (Unmarried) Visa is for people in a genuine, committed relationship with a British citizen or a person with settled status (e.g., ILR). You don’t need to be married — but you must prove you’ve lived together in a relationship akin to marriage for at least two years.
